bad credit loans in north carolina
My wife and I are buying a house in Rochester New York. However, I don't have a job there yet. I am still working and living in North Carolina. I plan on moving there when I get a job, which should be soon. However, we have to buy the house now. Some lenders don't like the fact that our sole income is out of state- don't consider it to be permanent since I plan on moving. We are selling our house in North Carolina and will pay off some of our credit card debt with the equity, but still have about $10,000 in credit card debt and about 10% to put down on the house in Rochester. Also, my income is about $52,000/year and the house is worth about $175,000. I also have about $25,000 in student loans, but no car loans or other loans. I have a lender who is willing to finance our house, however the rate is 6.95%. I know that is high, but many lenders won't touch us because of out-of-the-area income. Should we just go with this rate, or can we do better?
Hate to say this but you are between a rock and a hard place -- really the 6.95 is not that bad considering the mortgage situation right now and your out of state status -- i would go with the loan in hand!!!
If your credit is good, you should be able to do a little better, but it will be something like 6.5, so the difference will be minuscule. Most of the big banks should be able to help you here. Countrywide, WAMU, Chase, Wachovia are all in the same range of 6.25-6.5 on a 30 year fixed, but they'll charge you closer to the 6.5 so they can make more money on the deal. It's called yield spread premium. The lender or broker make money for selling you a higher rate than the rate they get from fannie. The difference is paid to them in the form of ysp or yield spread premium. If you are getting a no closing cost up front loan at 6.95, this is a good deal, because they are soaking up the closing costs with what they are making through the yield. Your best bet is to try to contact one of the big banks or ditech to get your loan done quickly and with minimum costs. Good luck.
First the vendor isn't at fault and will have to NOT be concerned within the battle you're having with YOUR lender. YOU picked this lender. You can do a couple of matters, however cancelling the agreement is not certainly one of them. And if the vendor does not conform to lengthen the agreement, YOU!!! are in default (no longer the vendor) and YOU lose your deposit. You can do the next: one million. paintings with the lender you've. Talk with the individuals supervisor and notice if they are going to get concerned. If this lender has already given you a decrease fee, then why don't you transfer ahead? two. Find one more lender. A lender will have to be in a position to begin and conclude a mortgage in two weeks. I have had many loans (adding doing the appraisal) performed in seventy two hours to five days. Lenders aren't that busy at this factor that they can not do that - except there are disorders together with your credit score, and so on. I might be certain that I assessment the whole thing that the first lender tells me and get it in writing. ESPECIALLY THE INTEREST RATE LOCK. LOCK INTO THIS GREAT RATE THAT THEY ARE GIVING YOU. Also be certain that the repayments did not pass decrease since the software went from a 30 yr constant to a ARM. Your loan fee can most effective pass down if ONE of the next matters occur: one million. the mortgage steadiness is going down (I'm guessing this did not occur right here) two. Interest fee is going down - fee of mortgage (POINTS) remains the equal. (THIS IS THE BEST FOR YOU) three. Interest fee is going down, however the fee of the mortgage (POINTS) is going up. (BAD FOR YOU) four. The mortgage software alterations. For illustration, 30 12 months constant, which has the maximum premiums, alterations to an ARM (which has decrease premiums). (BAD FOR YOU)

I wanna move to new york and go to berkely university and get my Accosiates degree in parlegal studies, when i graduate next year. i live in North Carolina and i dont want to stay down here for the rest of my life and anyways the school doesnt have room and board and im stuck trying to find a way to pay for a place to live on my own. i dont have any money nor job and my parents cannot help because they dont have money like that. I dont know what i could do to make money or find assistance. I really want to live there but i just dont know. Has anybody had this problem?? how much would rent cost for a suitable place to stay. i really would hate to work a part-time job when i go to college but i can find no other way to get around for being able to afford rent and neccesities. what do u think i should do. im trying to think about things like this ahead of time so i will be prepared later on. thanks
Okay, so you don't have a money, you don't have a job, and you can't mooch off your parents, but you want to move to New York, and you "would hate to work a part-time job" while in school. BE PRACTICAL. Of course you will need a job to pay for rent and other necessities (food, transportation, etc.) if you want to move to a new place and you have no other source of funds. Tuition isn't cheap either, and while it may be easy to take out loans, a lot of people forget how shitty it is when you have to pay them back. If you are eligible for scholarships or grants, apply for them. Also keep in mind that the cost of living in New York, especially NYC is a whole lot higher than that of North Carolina. I think this sounds like an impractical decision altogether given your situation...
Well, Berkeley is in California and is almost impossible to get into as an out-of-state student. They probably don't give Associates' degrees. Berklee College of Music is near Boston. If you have no money, then you should try community college near you or a state school - that would be the least-expensive option. If your parents are low-income, you should be able to get grants of some kind and you are also eligible for student loans, no matter what your income. You may also have to work part-time - lots of students do. Many schools have work-study programs and employ students in various jobs on campus. New York City is extremely expensive to live in. You may have to put off your dream of leaving your home state for a few years, but getting an education is important. You should talk to your guidance counselor at school, or get a book from the library that describes the different colleges. Or you can go to collegeboard.com for more info about different colleges.
There is no doubt that you would have to find work, but so does everyone in college. Try finding someone you could live with to split rent with.

I want to go to college, I was thinking something online such as Devry. I'm a senior right now about to graduate, my GPA is 2.3 and My ACT score is 12. I'm not a perfect student, But I may have something else I can offer; I'm good at art. What do I do? I don't have any money! So where do I start? I don't know anytihng about this. So please help This is some of my art work http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=46...
I generally don't recommend online college unless it's absolutely impossible for you to go to a campus based program. Most students are more successful in on-campus programs. Most students who enter online programs never graduate. Devry is also a proprietary/for profit schools, not a traditional, not for profit college. A lot of employers really dislike the proprietary colleges. And you say your thing is art, so why are you looking at Devry? They're not a fit for you! If you're worried that art schools won't let you in due to your academics and ACT, then know that art schools put huge weight on your portfolio. A strong portfolio can balance out less-than-stellar grades. If you *must* go to college online, at least look at reputable art schools: Savannah College of Art and Academy of Art University both offer a lot of online programs. Of those two, SCAD is stronger. So, what are the good art schools near you? Some examples: Mass Art, School of the Museum of Fine Arts Boston, Herron School of Art, Minneapolis College of Art, Otis College of Art, University of North Carolina School of the Arts, Ringling School of Art, Montserrat College of Art, Maine College of Art - nearly every state has a good art school in it. If you can, avoid the Art Institute chain of schools. They don't have the best rep. As for money, you're right to be worried. You'll use the FAFSA to apply for financial aid - fill that form out this month, or at latest, in February. Don't worry that you don't know which colleges you're applying to yet - get that form done. You'll usually get aid to help you pay for college. It comes in a combo of grants/scholarships, which you don't have to pay back; and loans, which you do have to pay back. It's a smart thing to try to keep your loans down. You don't want to graduate in huge debt. ETA: I looked at your site. For your portfolio, they'll want to see drawings from life. Not from photos. And not Anime and that type of stuff. So start looking through your work and pull out your best drawings from life. You can also include any other special pieces that you like, but you really need to include your life drawings - and those could include some of those you did with the letters and the houses behind them - I like those. They show potential. You also have a piece that's a drawing of a girl, maybe your self portrait? The girl looks very serious, and it's a picture of her face and hair. That's actually quite good, and you need to include it. The drawings you did from photos, do not include.
Yes there a few schools wherein you'll be able to take the ones varieties of categories, however they're frequently the group university ones. four yr institution ones require a style, probably cash to use, and essays. I had taken a cake adorning elegance as soon as at a group university. And sure, I did meet my partner at university. It used to be our freshman yr at Michigan State University. We are intended for every different!
An ACT score of a 12 means you are not ready for college. Devry is a "for profit" school that exists only to take your money and since you aren't college ready yet, you need to stay as far away from any school right now. That score is so low, you need to consider a tech school... a school that is so cheap because you should not borrow money to attend (scores that low mean you aren't likely going to actually GRADUATE from any college program you start. Please don't borrow any money and please consider staying a year or two MORE in high school. You are not ready for the real world yet.
Well, you can always try community college. the ones i do know of have basic art/sketching/painting classes.

I am a fifteen year-old girl and I am looking for a job somewhere in the Raleigh/Garner North Carolina area. I do NOT want to work as a Cashier anywhere and I just want a simple job for over the summer. Some place like Wal-mart or Best Buy would be nice. I don't really know where I'd like to work, but I want an easy Part-time job since I'm still in high school. I can't find anything online myself; they're all for college graduates. I want a pretty decent paying job if anyone can help. Please and thank you. :)
The legal age to work in North Carolina is 14. However, many places are going to require you be 16 or even 18. I don't know this with any certainty, but I'd guess most of the bigger retail places (e.g. best buy, walmart, etc.) are going to require at least 16, if not 18. You will understand the job market better in 5 or 6 years. You're not going to find an "easy, decent paying" job, especially not at your age. If you find something, you'll almost certainly be earning minimum wage. The job market is horrendous today. I'm a recent college grad that cannot get himself employed, even in $9/hr jobs... and I have a stable work history to boot. As for where you may be able to get a job... for your age group, fast food is the norm. That may be your best or only opportunity. You'll probably have to work a cash register once in a while there. I know you said you don't want that, but it's possibly the only thing you're going to get. It's unlikely any department store is going to make you a sales associate at 15.
I think walmart and best buy you have to be at least 18. most jobs you have to be 16. i would suggest kmart or piblix if you have any of those in your area. no job is gonna be a walk in the park.

S: Florida's Bright Futures is an entirely unique program, but North Carolina does have its own forms of state-funded financial aid. Those programs include: North Carolina Education Lottery Scholarship North Carolina Community College Grant UNC Need-based Grant North Carolina Legislative Tuition Grant Career-specific grants (nursing, teaching, and health, science and mathematics) State Contractual Scholarship Fund The Student Incentive Grant various state need-based scholarships various state merit-based scholarships You can find information about all of these programs, and a lot more here: http://cnfc.org/paying/school/info_schoo... You'll also learn that North Carolina recently discontinued a particularly popular scholarship, the EARN scholarship, as part of the legislature's budget cutting. By the way - it's a difficult feat being a resident of two states. The only way that I can think of that you could possibly qualify as a resident of both states for university tuition purposes is if you have parents who live, separately, one in each state. If your parents just happen to have homes in 2 states, you are only a resident of the state where your parent's primary home is located. Good luck to you - I hope this information helps you!
Bypass to the college he's enrolling into and communicate over with a student counselor. they are able to answer all your questions and could gladly help you. it fairly is there interest and that they are able to tackle the different subject concerns that would upward thrust up.

My brother just moved from Cary NC with his fiance that moved to Atlanta. She recommended a company that ships moving boxes anywhere in the country. They had 41 new moving boxes in all sizes shipped for free to raleigh north carolina nc for $60 even. Here's the number 770-932-6320
How insulting! North Carolina has some of the top universities in the country, so I would bet most of the people there could read and write (especially in the Charlotte/Raleigh area). They do not have much trouble with hurricanes in Charlotte and Raleigh and we do have all 4 seasons. There is plenty to do in those larger cities, as well as mountains and ocean close by. There is a lot of diverse culture in the larger cities, as people come there to go to college and stay after they graduate. I've never been to Seattle so I'm not going to say much about it, but I have lived in Raleigh and it was awesome.

I agree with Macy. The liquor store but your boxes are going to be small (which would be perfect for personal or fragile items.) You can also check with the grocery stores. Go first thing in the morning and ask at the customer service desk. Usually the shelves are stocked overnight or first thing in the morning. Since it is almost Christmas time, go to the stores like Walmart or Target or Toys R Us. They are constantly restocking shelves. Hopefully you will be able to get boxes there. Good luck with your move and your job search.
Go to the liquor store they always have small boxes for free then order the large ones on line.

Federal Government should cut all funding to conservative states. They don't produce anything worth while anyway. Except for Texas they all just mooch of the productive coasts.
Heck No! Whatever happened to state's rights. Whatever happened to "all rights not specifically given to the federal government by the constitution are reserved for the state". The Obama administration istrying to take away states rights and redefining sexuality. We should all be very alarmed.
The Federal Government needs to back off, their power is way too over reaching. States should be free to Govern as their citizens elect.
Better yet, how about N.C. CUT all funds to the Federal Govt.
How about they just let the state keep the money in the first place? It's their money the government is confiscating. No way the feds should have that kind of power.
States Rights. Look it up !!The Fed should not lower itself to investigate bathroom confusion...most places have "family" or " Unisex "bathrooms which males and females can both use anyway , so its much ado over nothing
Nope
Yes. Unless the state stops enforcing its bigoted law, the federal government should do exactly that.

Yes they waste tax payers money on gays policing airport stalls
bad credit loans north carolina
It can be especially if getting an FHA loan. FHA is also a good loan program if you have a relative low credit score because it is less credit score based, but will require you to pay off your bad debt. I suggest you sit down with a banker and have them provide you a good faith estimate showing you what costs will be involved and what you will need to do to become eligible. Good Luck!
I don't know where you live; but $10k might not be enough for a down payment, the medical bill; you can't let that bill roll to collections! you might want to check your real estate listing for a RTO ( rent to own) house/condo. Sad truth is that the housing market is not what it use to be, with so many homes in foreclosure, underwater mortgages, high unemployment, cut backs, banks not helping with loans you might have to find a private party who will work with you.
fast cash in north carolina
It's really all in how you perceive it. Wake County, where Raleigh and Cary are located, is the fastest growing county in the state. It's not surprising to find a farm located adjacent to a full blown mall over there. Plus there are lots of rich families over there and they can yell the loudest since they're nearest to the capitol. So, people over there would argue, hey, we need the money since we're growing so fast. It's all the yankees moving down from the north to work at places like RTP if you ask me... thats why CARY stands for Containment Area for Relocated Yankees. As for Charlotte, the city's been growing fast, but not as fast as Raleigh. I've noticed to be able to keep up with it all since the state isn't helping out, Mecklenburg County agreed to the 2 percent increase in the sales tax for the county. If you don't believe that the gov't is biased, look how long it took to finally get a beltway around Charlotte (I-485)... while Raleigh is well on its way to completing its second one. If you compare road projects, Charlotte is getting left behind. It's like they threw up their hands and said it's hopeless. But your question is why and I'd have to say it's because the officials are biased. There aren't enough Charlotte loudmouths in the General Assembly to compete for the cash, and the higher offices like Governor aren't held by Charlotteans. Besides, they all work in Raleigh so they obviously want to put their "home" city first.

TO ANY NORTH CAROLINA RESIDENTS: Just out of curiosity, I am wondering how long it is taking to receive Tax Refunds from the state of N. Carolina? My husband and I filed our Returns on March 18, 2009 and had our federal direct deposited by April 3 (thankfully) Tomorrow is the first of May and still no sign of getting paid. I have tried both the toll free number and the website to check the status, but there, all I receive is a statement that our return has been received and is in process. That tells me nothing about when I can expect it! I am thankful to be receiving a refund at all, I just think that it's a shame that Americans are depending on that money to pay their bills in a struggling economy, and the state can't even give them what is theirs, what they worked for. But, that's merely my opinion. I realize that it's the result of the current economy, and they aren't withholding it intentionally. Rumor is they're "out of money." That excuse never works for me when I have a bill due. That's odd. Okay, I'm off my soapbox. I'm just annoyed at how one sided our government policies can be. Again, I am curious how long it is taking to receive NC state tax refunds on average. I have it set up as direct deposit. In the beginning I was under the impression that that was taking as much as four weeks. Its now been over five for us. When is our payday!!!!????

I'm 19 years old and a single mother of a 2 year old. I eventually want to buy a house in a small town of North Carolina but theres still time to figure that out. But I want to rent a 2/3 bedroom apartment, NOT in a city. I'm planning on becoming a CNA and then going to school for nursing. I would just appreciate some advice about what would be the best plan and price points. This would be my first time moving since i've been helping out my parents watching my sister who's down syndrom and watching my niece while my older sister finished her college classes, So now I can move! Thank you in advance =)
Since your plan includes high expenses and no job suggest you need enough cash to support you for the 5 yrs schooling will take. They way to relocate is find a job first then look for a place to live. 10k minimum

Isn't this hypocrisy at its finest (as usual), on the part of Barack Hussein Obama? Is the time approaching when all of the sane people will have to move to all of the sane states, especially if Hillary Rodham Clinton and her depraved husband reseize power by operating as a tag-team? Ladies and gentlemen, will you all please get behind Donald Trump, so that our country can drive off the aforementioned miserable creeps?
He knows he can bully North Carolina and cow them into obedience, but Saudi Arabia has the money and power to buy and own him a thousand times over and doesn't care what he thinks. With their unlimited oil billions the Saudi's can continue to murder their own people and continue funding terror attacks on the rest of world with impunity.
Why has North Carolina condemned and kill transgenders & homosexuals? Ask Bandar Bush why Saudi royal family and Bin Laden family got flown out of the US on military aircraft after 9/11 by GW when the entire country was a no fly zone?
You do realize that North Carolina has become Saudi Arabia at home right? See how your criticism of the President(rightfully so), also implicates North Carolina as a terrible development?
Well, if we are going to talk about hypocrisy and saudi arabia, then #1 on the agnenda must be Dubya (R) and #2 daddy bush (R) and then #3 jeb (R) were you saying something about tag teams? which pres was it let the Saudi Bin Laden family fly out of the US when ALL other air trafic was grounded the day after 9/11...............I'll give you a clue, it weren't a democrat
It's called compromise. It wouldn't be easy to change the Saudi Arabian system at the moment. They have the oil that the USA is heavily dependent on. NC could and should change their minds. Lets get behind Trump and kick him in the rear.
Mr.Hussein condemned Republic of Macedonia too - hes ambassador here performs classical coup d'etat against legal and legitimate authorities!
Hi so you want to blow off the face of the earth by this moron as he will start world war 3 without any doubts whatsoever. he will cause a nuclear war with his STUPIDITY.
Because nobody has elected him President of Saudi Arabia ?
Extreme hypocrisy. one day, when Christ returns, those who make what is wrong right will be nothings. Psalms 37 says the wicked will be like the fat of lambs that hit a flame and sizzle into nothingness.
Maybe he expects better from a state in a civilized country with a seperate church and state. I know many Europeans would.

Republican state representatives in North Carolina voted to override Democratic Gov. Bev Perdue's veto of the state budget Wednesday morning, ensuring that a provision to strip all federal and state money from Planned Parenthood will take effect on July 1. North Carolina is now the third state, after Indiana and Kansas, to defund the family planning provider because it also provides abortions. Thoughts?
North Carolina is broke just like most of the other states. The State Representatives, both Republican and Democrats are battling with Perdue over most of the provisions in in the Bill she vetoed. Planned Parenthood is just one of many. Planned Parenthood shouldn't even get Government money. Why should my tax dollars go to an organization that encourages abortions and the people who think they don't encourage abortions is dreaming.
If you check your facts you will find that planned parent hood is a jfk era program that like all his good programs was supposed to become self supporting. whoops. that is just the start. it has been unjustly labled as a way to defund abortions when in reality it is just another dead horse that is waiting for the glue factory. we need to start weeding out all these double dipping programs. most of the planned parenthood programs are used by poverty families and most of them allready have medicaid. so that a doctor can still provide these services but will need to call them by their proper name. it also means that children will need parents to be informed what they are giving to their children if they go to a physician whether it is birth control or an abortion. or treatment for sexually transmitted disease. because for a physician to treat a child a parent or guardian must be present. just once it would be nice if people would get all the facts before they jump on the bandwagon.
Typical right wing bs as usual. Its sickening how bitter the base of that party has become. They get so fixated on these stupid symbolic fights and give little or no attention to real important issues. They have focused in on planned parent because the religious zealots think that its a place where all those deviant slutty young women go to kill their poor unborn children with a late term abortion. If you actually look up the actual facts, a word that has become blasphemy in that party. Most of what planned parenthood does has nothing to do with abortions what so ever. And late term abortions are incredibly rare procedures, usually only legally performed when the pregnancy itself threatens the women's life.
It's a curious double-standard you conservatives possess. Rail against abortion, and work your hardest to push it farther back into the Black Market, make it incredibly dangerous for any woman looking to have one. Then shame the single mothers dependent on ''welfare,'' demanding that they cease their use of government assistance, even if it is used largely to support the children they struggle to raise alone, even if they already have the only kind of job availalble to young women who become pregnant and have no choice but to choose motherhood over education or a truly productive future. Those women should have used some form of birth control if they wanted to have sex, and naturally, just about all of us agree that birth control methods are the wise choice. You don't want them to have abortions, because that's murder. You don't want your taxes paying for their children after they're born, because WIC and food stamps are the equivalent of theft to you. So then the most rational solution to all that is to de-fund Planned Parenthood completely, even while the program distributes contraceptives, such as birth control pills, which would otherwise be next to impossible to afford. Oh, wait....PP is ONLY an abortion program. That's all they do. I mean, why else would you beg these politicians of yours to make it disappear? Hold up!! I know why, because the pull-out method works! It BETTER work, since that's one of the only options left! No abortions. No welfare. No birth control. Excuse me if I fail to see where the rationality enters your thought process, but it's always no, no, no, even there doesn't seem like much room for the only available answer to the godless peasant whores you frown upon is a yes.
The only people that are going to suffer are women and girls who aren't part of the upper middle and upper classes. That organization does a helluva lot more than aborting unwanted, unplanned for kids. Its a great place for non and under insured women to have their health needs taken care of. As far as that jack a$$, who first answered this question and said that it never should've gotten government money, I'd rather for them to get it than Exxon Mobil or some rich a$$ corn farmer getting it in the form of subsides
For the country with the highest teen pregnancy rate I think their plan is shocking... Abstinence doesn't work, education does.
Planned Parenthood should never have received government funding in the first place. This is a step in the right direction.
Planned Parenthood now that's quite a name. If you're having an abortion you are planning to not be a parent!

I believe you will definitely need a license to start a karate club. And if you do start a club, don't forget about taxes and insurance. You do not want the lawsuits come flying in. these are the times that we live in
Ha ha- I reported your Project Payday answer. Anytime you start a business you need a business license. You will also need to set up a DBA (doing business as name); become some sort of legal entity (S corp, LLC, etc), set up a business banking account for $ (NEVER mingle your personal & your business income in one account), a business tax account, a business tax number (EIN) from the feds, purchase some sort of small business software such as quick books etc to do payroll (you payroll yourself), inventory, pay rents, taxes etc., insurance, rent etc., apply for a corporate credit card. Set up a way to track what you spend for the company--advertising etc, as that comes of your business taxes as a deduction for expenses. It helps to either hire an accountant to do all this or take a small business class at a community center or community college.
Yes most cities require a bussiness license, you will also need insurance, as well as a lot of patience. then you need supplies (uniforms, belts, etc) to sell to your students.then you need a dojo and this is only the beginning. your biggest expense will be advertising, and insurance. hope i was of help
